Hello forum members,
The iTalk forums are going well and we hope that this continues, providing a valuable source of information and entertainment.
In order to keep this up, here are some important forum rules that need to be followed:
1. Cursing, Swearing, Cussing will not be tolerated. I understand that sometimes you are just wishing to get your point across but this can be done in other ways - use the bold function for example.
2. Criticism of the iTalk service is fine (constructive criticism is even better!), however being directly abusive, calling names etc is not to occur. Slingshot does not accept it on the phone or in person - the same applies here. Slingshot is to be referred to as Slingshot only.
3. These forums are not for simply venting, if you have a complaint the best avenue via Customer services first and foremost.
4. No personal attacks to other forum members, this may result in an instant ban.
5. No discussion of illegal activity or providing of illegal material to other members.
6. These forums are not an official support channel, this means that account queries and technical support will be limited.
7. Spamming of any nature will be removed on sight. These forums are designed for Slingshot account holders and as such discussion on other company’s services maybe removed. Promotion of other services will be deemed Spam and hence removed without notice.
This is all covered by the terms and conditions agreed to when joining these forums. As such Slingshot reserves the right to enforce these rules without notice.
The rules and T&C's are to protect the members and ensure these forums are enjoyed by everyone. They would not exist without you and we thank you in advance for support on this.
If you have any questions please feel free to PM me. |
